08 Aug FOCE organized a workshop to present “the Plan Africa” of the Spanish Government in the city of Valencia
Following the workshop of the III Plan African of the Spanish Government held in Madrid a few weeks ago we have organized along with the Club of Spanish Exporters and Investors an interesting session in Valencia to present the African Plan in the city of Valencia. Raimundo Robredo, General Director for Africa and International Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and José Ramón Ferrandis Muñoz, Head of Sub-Saharan Africa Area of the Secretary of State for Trade participated in the event.
The subsequent discussion table was represented by various sectors of the Valencian business community and was moderated by the Main Researcher for sub-Saharan Africa of the Elcano Royal Institute, Ainhoa Marín, and was attended by the president of FECOVAL (Federation of companies of the Valencian Community contractors of administrative works) José Luis Santa Isabel, the president of Zation´s Alejandro Capilla, the Vice President and Responsible for Africa of Deutsche Bank Iberia Jürgen Ziegler, and the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development and the Head of the Valencia office of Foce Consultora, Salim Falaja Valdayo and Aurelio Riscos respectively.
The welcome and opening was given by Antonio Bonet, President of the Club of Spanish Exporters and Investors, and Jesús Jiménez, Coordinator of the Working Group on Africa, closed the day with his intervention.
